I think it would be nice to have some backgrounds for our characters. Brings some color to the RP'ing

Name: Martin King Rose aka "Bambz"
Age: 29
Place of birth: Miami
Short Bio:
Son of King and Lezlie Rose he grew up as a single child in a modest middleclass home safe from the hard life in the projects. The nickname Bambz came from his big eyes making him look like Bambi. At young age Martin started to hang out with the wrong crowd and ended up with a 2 year sentence to juvie when one of his friends gave him up to save himself. There King saw what he would become if he continued on this path, drug addict, violente and a menence to society. He decided that no one should make the same misstake as he did and swore to protect the innocent and bring his former friends to justice.

Despite being sentenced to juvie he successfully enrolled at the police academy, graduating 2nd top of his class and began to work for the Miami PD and then eventually was recruited and transfered to the NY Vice unit. After a couple of years he and his fellow Vice officers brought down a large trafficing organisation and was recomended to San Paro to aid the city police in its efforts, and to make sure those of his former friends who fled here would have no glory in this corrupt city.. But a painfull death for their deeds.

Biography:
Hailing from a small town on San Paro's outskirts, Marius always wanted to get out of the sub-urbs and into the city; that's where all the cool cars were after all. The crime levels however, were not to his taste. This feeling was shared by his older brother, Alex, who enrolled in the police academy at the first chance he got. His brother excelled in his studies, and became a decorated police officer merely a month after graduating the academy by taking down a notorious robber. This lead Marius to view him as a hero and reinforced both his sense of justice and belief in the legal system; a single person from nowhere could apparently make a huge difference in the world.

Marius too joined the glorious career track of law enforcement. While he didn't fare as well in the police academy, not being as physically powerful as Alex, he still managed to get through it nicely. SPPD had need of good officers and gladly accepted him into their ranks, San Paro's crime levels ever on the rise. The more criminals he put behind bars, the more he detested them; drug dealers, murderers, muggers, San Paro was better off without 'em he figured. This attitude did not conflict with his sense of justice though, he kept treating criminals fairly and he thought little of the ever increasing amount of vigilantes that would shoot even people committing "lesser" crimes like common theft or grand theft auto.

Eventually, the amount and severity of crime became too much for SPPD to handle and criminals were now packing explosives and wielding automatic weapons freely in the streets. The notorious criminal Alex had taken down turned out to be a high-ranking member of one of the bigger gangs and they eventually sought vengeance. A somewhat failed car bombing left him temporarily crippled. The department couldn't pay for the surgery required and gave him the sack. Marius confronted the chief about this, obviously angered; at least his brother could've kept a desk sergeant job or something. The response he got was "Your brother would cost us money now rather than earning any for us. My choice was the only reasonable one". The SPPD lost one more officer that day.

Luckily, the City Security Act happened not long after these events. Not only could the brothers resume their quest for a crime-free San Paro, they could also make money and follow their own rules. This was perfect. Together they started a 2-man Enforcer operation that paid for Alex's surgery and in not too long, both his legs were once more capable of chasing down arsonists and slamming them into the concrete before applying handcuffs. Marius has recently been offered a Sergeant's position within SPSD which he's gladly accepted, still helping his brother's small operation in his free time.

Note that I do intend to play this a lot with my brother when the game hits release, and he has no particular want to join a clan. Thus him being half the bio. I'll have a separate uniform/vehicle for when I cruise with him, but act as SPSD when he's not around. Which is quite a lot since he works at sea

Name: Howard Merten Wolfe
Age: 30
Place of Birth: Germany
Biography:
Son from a German father and American mother, Howard was born in rural Germany and moved to America, while he was 3 years old. Since then his family moved around a few times eventually landing them in a town half a state away from San Paro where they settled for good. Howard is the eldest of three, with a younger brother, Alexander Cassius, and a younger sister, Valerie Elizabeth.
Howard grew up as a true first born, always taking the blame for his younger siblings and he never minded, he loved them just as good, but to that loving came an end when his sister started dating the wrong kind of man, Tuyen Joseph, which also befriended Alexander. By this time Howard was already attending Police Academy, and as such he lost sight of his siblings, whom both moved out of the house after a big fight.
The next few years he joined the local PD until he heard that his sister and brother were apparently living in San Paro. San Paro the city with the most crime in all of the states. And he knew they weren't on the right side of the police if he met them, still, he resigned from his local PD and headed to San Paro to track them down, he spent a few months trying to find them with no results, and his funds were running low, so he decided to look for a job, which he found in the local Sheriff's Departement.



A bit like Marius, my characters are all connected somehow, with most of them being family, and a few good friends. Perhaps I will write the other bio's someday and post them here....

Biography:
Born into a upper class home, the son of one of LAPD's finest and an Assistant District Attorney, Harrison had a firm understanding of the law when he applied for the academy when he came of age. Graduating at the top of his class it wasn't long before Harrison had become the youngest detective in the LAPD since the 1950s. Harrison also gained the nickname Slick for being the best dressed detective on the force.

One of his first assignments after being placed in the Major Case Squad, involved one of the biggest drug names in Chinatown, Benny Kinsynara. During a raid of one of Kinsynara's main depots Harrison's father was shot and killed by Benny himself. Harrison was taken off the case and after a fight with his Captain, suspended until the case was closed. Harrison took matters into his own hands and when looking for Kinsynara and in the ensuing chaos, he single-handedly brought Benny's syndicate to it's knees.

The investigation following the incident left Harrison looking at potential jail time, but considering the circumstances the Chief of Police gave Harrison the option to turn in his badge and resign. Reluctantly Harrison resigned and moved up the coast to San Paro, where he applied at the Sheriff's Department...

Biography: Phaedon studied Criminalistics in New York and after specializing in Ballistics he got a job in the LVPD Crime Scene Unit.He worked there for 5 years and transferred to the LAPD CSU where a higher position was available.After a change in LAPD's policy Phaedon underwent a 2-month course and was declared as a "Sworn Officer".After 3 years in the CSU he moved to the Organised Crime Division.By that time,the first riots in San Paro had started.As soon as the crisis went worse Phaedon decided to move to the SPSD as he considered it an interesting challenge

Well I was always the rich kid. My father was the famous manufacturer that we all know. I am talking about Steve Jobs. I was always in the spotlight wanted it or not. Maybe that's because I don't like big stuff anymore, I was raised in big houses and those limos all over. I never actually had a life that I can call mine. Others told me what I should do to make my father look good and thinks that I should never do but I guess they failed. They thought that I would let my life be like it supposed to be. A imaginary life without any value just a person in TV.

It was when I got the decision to say goodbye to everyone.Seventeen years old, when I was supposed to have a girlfriend and be my self. I left my house with my PDA and ten dollars in my pocket, nothing more, nothing less. A friend of mine got me a rental vehicle even I haven't had a license. But I knew that I would never disappear from this world because of my name and my father. So in order to be someone else I had to change my identity and I did changed it to Gas Ketse, I also wanted to change my face but I was ready to do a plastic surgery my father died and they said that I was in the car too. I have never seen people that mean. They wanted all this fortune of my father, his cars, his houses, his name.After all I started working as a farmer. To survive and pay my friend for his rental car. I got a normal life at last. It was hard with little enjoy, just how its supposed to be. I even had a girlfriend Sonia!

After three years of my father car accident suddenly there was a layer who was looking for me. I saw him on the news saying that he is looking for Gas Jobs and they suspect i changed my name. Three days after this lawyer has murdered by a gang. Not easy to believe. They murdered him because it was a threat to them.

After that incident I wanted to become a Police Officer. Got a place in Los santos department where I reached the rank of Lieutenant of recruiting center.After 2 years of hard work some clues came up about that layer and I followed his lead here in San Paro. Joined SRT department because it the only one who can get me what I want.....Finding who is behind all this.

“I’m very happy here.” Sheriff Ace Adams explained Wednesday, sitting behind a desk in his new office, “I’m just now movin’ in, but I already feel at home.”
While Adams may feel at home now, his life story takes him far from the streets of San Paro.
Adams was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and lived there until he was 17 at which point his parents moved with him to the coastal, Paradise City. “At that point, I was already infatuated with law enforcement. I wanted to be a cop. Bad.” Adams said.
One day, Adams got a chance to get a little closer to his dream.  “I was down by the beach one day, and someone was selling an old police car. It was rusted out, and didn’t even run for more than a few miles, but I bought it anyway,” Adams said, “I fixed it up in my spare time after school, and when it was all shiny and new, I did something that kinda shocked the locals. I gave it away.”
With Paradise City in a budget crisis after a series of lawsuits, the police were shorthanded, and running out of working vehicles. So on Adams’ 18th birthday, he drove his car down to police headquarters, and handed the keys to the first officer he could find. “I’ll never forget the look on that man’s face,” Adams said laughing.
Paradise City wouldn’t soon forget the favor, and three years later, they offered Adams a job. “My dream came true! I was a cop. Unfortunately, I was a little too good at it,” Adams said, “So I didn’t stay an officer for long.”
The PCPD was floored with Adams, and in only five years, he found himself walking into the office of the Chief of Police as the top dog. For the next four years, Adams would run the PCPD, and bring the city’s street racing problem under control for the first time ever. “At 26, I was the youngest ever Chief of Paradise City, but I’d almost say I was also the most effective.” Adams said, laughing loudly, “But as the crime dwindled, so did the enjoyment from the job. I needed a new challenge.”  
At 30, Adams investigated other jobs in the area.
Many citizens recall vividly when former Mayor John Derren was shot and killed, in a symbolic incident that send crime rates soaring, and eventually led to a decrease in hired police officials. “Perfect. I thought, another city to clean up,” Adams explained. “I considered joining up with the SPPD, but they had corruption all over, and there was no way I was getting into that, so I applied here, just as the previous Sheriff was leaving.” Adams was in Luck. Mayor Jane Derren had heard of his success story in Paradise City, and hired him on the spot. “So here I am!” Adams said, “I’m ready for my new challenge.” As Adams finished his sentence, out his window, flames began rising from a nearby building as shots rang out. He said, “Uh… Would you excuse me?” and Adams quickly left the room.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: William Jensen was born somewhere in the midwest, the third child of a semi-wealthy farmer and his wife, a part-time schoolteacher. Perhaps in an attempt to escape the dull farm-life, he took up cross-country running at a young age, going on to win several local and even a state championship. His interest in law enforcement also began early on, as it was the only even remotely interesting occupation. Further encouraged by Hollywood, the kid aspired to become an FBI Agent. And so, after High School, he went to college. While he showed little interest in his courses and spent more time doing various extreme sports than studying, he managed to make it through, with decent grades even.
He got a job at a major police department and was made detective after two years of patrol duty. Upon his third year, he submitted his first application to the FBI Academy, but was rejected. He applied again the next year, but not until his third application was he admitted.
While he did quite well in the various tests and training, he was eventually disqualified by his psych. evaluation.
He returned to his former workplace and stayed there for about half a year until he heard about the problems in San Paro. He thought it could be an exciting challenge and it probably wouldn't look bad on a future application to the FBI either.

Bill is tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is of a lean muscular build and in great physical condition.
He is lively and humorous, though he has a high temper as well. Often acts before thinking. Tends to brag and show off.

Per our phone conversation this is a formal request to have Officer Klytus Killgore be transferred from the Seattle Police Department in Seattle, Washington to San Paro Sheriff's Department. I appreciate your acceptance of this transfer as it will make his recovery easier. As you are aware, Officer Killgore was involved in a shooting in which one officer lost her life and Officer Killgore was severely wounded. Officer Killgore was hospitalized for several weeks after which he claims that he could not remember anything of his life before he awoke in the hospital including the shooting itself and the events leading up to it. His amnesia was met by frustration by both the Internal Affairs office and Killgore himself. After several weeks of rehabilitation he was put on active duty without incident. He is aware of who he is now, but has lost all memory of who he was.

We hope that his tour in San Paro (his hometown) will aid in his recovery which may also allow these memories to surface. Background: Born in the East Bay of northern California, Gunther was raised by two caring parents who inspired an atmosphere of justice and service to the community.
Throughout elementary and middle school, Gunther was known to stick up to bullies to protect the innocent. When he reached high school he took an interest in the military and law enforcement. The day he turned eighteen he signed up for the US Army, but due to his medication, he was denied. Crushed, he applied for community collage to major in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology. After two and a half years he applied to San Francisco Police Academy and graduated in the top 10th of his class.
For three years Gunther patrolled the streets of San Francisco, then one night after work he was watching the news and heard about the crisis the City of San Paro was in, and the need for dedicated police officers willing to work in dangerous and stressful situations. This was a chance to prove his worth to the community. The next day he asked for a transfer to the SPSD and his request was approved.
